Visitors/Parent Conferences

Visitors are welcome at Fuqua School. Upon arrival, visitors must check in at the administrative office and receive a visitor's pass, then check out from the office when leaving campus.

Parents are encouraged to visit their child’s classroom and may do so by arranging a date and time through the dean’s office. Parents wishing to have a conference with a teacher or other school personnel should call the lower or middle/upper school office at least 24 hours in advance, if possible, to arrange an appointment. Should an immediate conference be necessary, the dean should be contacted directly.

Any student who wishes to bring a visitor to school must secure advance permission from the dean’s office.

Deliveries such as flowers or balloons will be made to the middle/upper or lower school office where they may be picked up by the student at the end of the school day.
