Curriculum/Course of Study

*Algebra I note:  In order for middle school students to take Algebra I, they must demonstrate independence in learning during pre-algebra and must score sufficiently on a standardized algebra readiness test.  Students who do not meet both of these pre-requisites will be required to retake pre-algebra. Graduation credit is given for completion of Algebra I  in grade 8.

*Exploratories allow students to “sample” various subjects and include such instructional areas as visual and performing arts,  public speaking, applied industrial technology, current events, and exploring the Internet.
